Respiratory Therapy includes treatments for patients who have obstructive or restrictive lung disease and other breathing difficulties. TMC’s Respiratory Therapy department offers services 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, and provides all respiratory therapy as well as adult and neonatal ventilation and arterial blood gases. Services include aerosal treatments, chest procession, and postural drainage, administered by certified and registered respiratory therapists. Respiratory Therapists also assist in attaining medical equipment for respiratory needs upon discharge.
