A vital part of the mission of Sumner Regional Health Systems, Inc., is to develop and promote health awareness. In fulfilling this part of its mission, Trousdale Medical Center offers health education seminars and screenings to hundreds of people each year through events and programs including free community health fairs, support groups, classes, and other community events and programs. TMC is also very active in supporting community organizations and fundraisers, and partners with the local health council when possible to help build awareness of health issues and provide health education.
