Private Fee For Service (PFFS) Medicare Advantage Plans are Medicare Part C plans that differ from Medicare HMO and Medicare PPO plans. PFFS Plans do not have contracted provider networks. PFFS enrollees are directed to use Medicare providers that accept their plans reimbursement. At this time, SRHS affiliates accept all PFFS plans. Some PFFS plans offered in our counties include: American Progressive, Anthem, BlueCross and Blueshield, Healthy Alliance, Humana, Instil Health, Medica Health, Sierra Health, Unicare, United HealthCare, UPMC Health Benefits, Wellcare Health, and Winsdor Health Plan.
